- The IDP is really only in the annex with the original driver's license issued in the country of residence.
- The IDP abroad must be presented simultaneously with the national driving license.
- IDPs without a national driver's license are considered invalid.

05. How do I request and reserve a car?

- Country where lease start / end.

06. Can I get the car of the desired brand and model, which I reserved?

- Preparing the car for the trip.

- Registration of documents for rent in your name.
- Meeting you with a sign at the airport at arrival (at the exit from the closed zone of arrival) and transfer to you by our Russian-speaking driver.
- Control over the time of arrival of the aircraft through the airport inquiry service.
- Car delivery to the hotel by our Russian-speaking driver.
- Return by you, the car to our driver in the specified place.
- Meeting at the airport on the day of departure and returning your car to our driver.

07. How can I pay for a reserved car?

08. For car warranty, is it necessary to prepay?

09. Is there an additional charge for changing or canceling a reservation?

- Cancellation of car reservations, no later than 72 hours before the start of the lease, is free of charge.
- If the customer does not pick up the car within the agreed period and does not cancel the order within 72 hours before the start of the lease, then the customer will be charged at a rate of 1 day (car rental).

10. What kind of insurance payment - Deposit / Collateral / Liability / Franchise?

- The amount of liability of the tenant, which is not paid by the insurance company, i.e. this is the so-called price limit, for which you are responsible and pay at your own expense - at least 10% of the market value of the new car:

11. How is the car insured?



CAR INSURANCE

INSURANCE against Theft and Damage with the use of a Franchise, which implies the financial responsibility of the client in the event of an accident, limited by its deductible.

Each car has three insurances:
1. analogue of Fully Comprehensive Insurance / Third Party Only Insurance - insurance of liability to third parties.
2. life and health of the driver and passengers.
3. standard insurance
*Basic / Loss Damage Waiver - LDW* from theft and damage (using a franchise), which implies the financial responsibility of the customer in the event of an accident, limited by its deductible.
In the event of damage or theft of the car, liability for minor damages (damage to the interior, mirrors, windows, headlights, tires, fire, elementary losses).

12. When is the full damage caused to the Lessor and / or the victim compensated and in what cases?



INDEMNIFICATION OF DAMAGE

- If, at the time of the accident, the Lessee or his authorized person driving a car was in a state of alcoholic or narcotic intoxication, the Lessee shall indemnify for the total damage caused to the Lessor and / or to the injured party.
- The same responsibility also occurs in cases when the accident occurred due to violation of the rules for transportation and storage of flammable and explosive substances, or as a result of driving by a person not declared by the Lessee in a car rental agreement, and also when using a rented car for driving instruction.
- Responsibility for minor damages (loss or breakdown of the car key, refueling with improper fuel).

13. When will the insurance payment be returned to me - Deposit / Pledge / Liability / Franchise?



RETURN OF INSURANCE PAYMENT, DEPOSIT, FRANCHISE

When the car is returned in its original condition and at the due date - Deposit / Liability / Franchise - is returned to the client immediately in full.
When:
- The external condition of the vehicle makes it difficult to inspect it, return of the Pledge / Liability / Franchise is only carried out after washing, but no later than 2 days after the car is handed over.
- The surface of the car is dirty; the cost of cleaning (but not less than 25 euros) is deducted from the deposit.
- The salon is polluted; the cost of dry cleaning of the cabin (but not less than 100 euro per item) is deducted from the LOAN / FRANCHISE.
- The amount of fuel in the tank decreased compared to the original, the cost of fuel and refueling service is deducted from the collateral = 3.89 euro per liter.
- During the rental car received minor damages worth less than the amount of collateral, and repair of these damages can be made by replacing parts with new ones - the deposit is returned to the client immediately, but minus the cost of repairing the damage.
- during the rental car has received significant damage, requiring the painting of body parts, prolonged (more than one day) repair or the car was lost (stolen, burnt, drowned, etc.) - Pledge / Liability / Franchise is not returned to the Tenant.

We recommend returning the car in its pure form for the convenience of fixing the car's condition for damages.
The tenant reimburses the full damage:
- If, at the time of the accident, the Lessee or his authorized person driving a car was in a state of alcoholic or narcotic intoxication, the Lessee shall indemnify for the total damage caused to the Lessor and / or to the injured party.

14. What to do in the event of an accident involving the car?



ACCIDENT WITH THE LEASED MACHINE

- There was a traffic accident, the tenant is obliged to act in accordance with the rules of the road traffic of the relevant state of the European Union, call the police (POLIZEI / NOTRUF Tel .: 110) and draw up a coordinated notification of a traffic accident.
- The vehicle was damaged as a result of other accidents (for example, as a result of a fall of a tree or other objects), then the police should be called to the scene (POLIZEI / NOTRUF Tel .: 110), and the Tenant must be sure that a protocol will be drawn up about the incident.
- Theft of the Vehicle or its parts, the Tenant must report this to the police (POLIZEI / NOTRUF Tel .: 110) and must verify that the theft was recorded.
- Any accidents and / or damage and / or theft of the Vehicle and its parts must be reported immediately to the Lessor, and a relevant notice must be filed on this fact.
- The lessee must ensure that, in order to obtain complete information about the accident, the data of all other third parties involved in the traffic accident and witnesses' data are recorded. - The lessee has no right to accept any claims of third parties that they make in connection with a traffic accident or in connection with theft of the Vehicle or parts to it.
- The lessee is obliged to assist the Lessor and / or the insurance company in all requirements or for all legal matters (cases) connected with accidents, with theft of the Vehicle or parts to it.
- The lessee undertakes to submit to the Lessor a copy of any report drawn up by the Police no later than within one (1) day from the date of the occurrence of the particular incident.

In the event of violation of the terms of insurance, the Lessee bears full financial responsibility for the damage caused to the company, including the full cost of repairs and spare parts, as well as reimbursement of claims of third parties.

15. Is it possible to travel by car to other countries?



TRAVEL ABROAD ON A RENTED CAR

Allowed departure to the countries:
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Great Britain, Hungary, Holland, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Portugal, France, Switzerland.

If it is necessary to use the vehicle outside the above-mentioned territory (indicated in the lease agreement), the lessee is obliged to inform the company representative about it!
In case of departure outside the territory specified in the contract, this document becomes invalid!
The territory of operation of the car is indicated in the lease agreement.

16. What are my rights in a controversial situation?



DISPUTE RESOLUTION

- Carefully read the lease documents that you sign.
- All the ambiguities and questions about payment, please check directly on the spot.
- Inspect the car if something is missing from the car's equipment (or its damage) in the rental agreement, make sure that the company manager makes all the necessary notes to the document, especially if you are not in the office (or the city) where you took the car.
- We kindly ask you to keep all the documents issued when handing over / returning the car, which will greatly facilitate our dialogue with you and will speed up the process of clarifying the situation that has arisen.

It is FORBIDDEN to use the vehicle:
- Car participation in motor racing and automotive tests.
- Use the Vehicle for study driving.
- Use the car for off-road driving.
- For transportation of flammable, toxic or other dangerous substances.
- To the commission of customs or other criminal offenses.
- Use of the car for the purposes of its lease to third parties.
- In all cars smoking is PROHIBITED, the penalty - 250 euros.
- Any repair of the car by the lessee or a third party is prohibited without the permission of the lessor.
- Loaded on a train or ship, or other means of transportation without the written permission of the lessee.
- For other purposes that go beyond contractual use.

17. How do I renew a car rental?



EXTENSION OF THE LEASE OF THE MACHINE

- In case of a desire to extend the lease term, the lessee is obliged to notify in writing, at least 48 hours before the expiration of the lease.
- The extension of the period is possible only with the consent of the company, which has the right to demand the return of the vehicle upon completion of the previously specified lease term.

In case of non-return of the car within the period stipulated by the contract:
- No return of the car after the expiry of the contract or its renewal term entails an immediate filing of an application for theft against the tenant.

18. Value-Added Tax (VAT / НДС / MwSt)?

Note:
Customers from the European Union who have a valid VAT ID, according to the "Reverse-Charge" procedure, receive invoices without the German tax.
